Tenants Finding Service

This service is for the semi-professional landlord who is experienced and competent in dealing with the management issues that arise during a tenancy but would like to benefit from our expertise in securing a suitable tenant.

What we do…

  • Inspect and value your property
  • Create marketing details
  • Offer free marketing, including 'to let' sign and online advertising
  • Carry out accompanied viewings
  • Secure a tenant
  • 'Vet' prospective tenants including referencing and credit report where necessary
  • Prepare lease along with statement of terms, rent book and conditions of the rental agreement
  • Collect first months rent and holding deposit from prospective tenant
  • Arrange for the monthly rent to be paid directly to your account by standing order

The management of the property is now handed over to you the landlord.

Full Property Management Service

You may be overseas and unable to work closely with us as in the lettings service above or you may just want to see the money coming in and leave all the responsibilities to someone else. Whichever bracket you fit into, you will find our management service comprehensive, professional and excellent value. You will also notice we charge a set monthly fee rather than a percentage of the rental income meaning owners of more valuable property are not paying more for the same service afforded to owners of lower rental value properties.
