This service is for the semi-professional landlord who is experienced and competent in dealing with the management issues that arise during a tenancy but would like to benefit from our expertise in securing a suitable tenant.
The management of the property is now handed over to you the landlord.
A step up from the tenant finding service in that we act as the contact point between landlord and tenant for the duration of the lease. Any maintenance issues are reported directly from the tenant to us. The landlord can then instruct us to organise our maintenance team to solve the issues (see costs below) or they may choose to look after the repairs themselves.
Preparation of inventories - £80 plus VAT
Fee for administration of maintenance jobs - £25 plus VAT
Set up NIHE Housing Benefit payments - £30 plus VAT
Organise certificate of fitness, gas inspections or boiler servicing - £10 plus VAT
You may be overseas and unable to work closely with us as in the lettings service above or you may just want to see the money coming in and leave all the responsibilities to someone else. Whichever bracket you fit into, you will find our management service comprehensive, professional and excellent value. You will also notice we charge a set monthly fee rather than a percentage of the rental income meaning owners of more valuable property are not paying more for the same service afforded to owners of lower rental value properties.
